Telecommunications & Network Services header

Telecommunications and Network Services (TNS) is a campus resource providing voice and data services to the university. Voice Services operates and maintains our telephone system, including the Private Branch Exchange (PBX), and handles all work orders and trouble calls. Network Services manages a robust data communications network including redundant high-speed Internet connectivity for faculty, staff, and students. We provide network resources, such as campus-wide wireless access, throughout the university. In addition to Voice and Network support, TNS provides a Help Desk, located in Love Library that supports faculty and staff with e-mail, Meeting Maker calendaring software, site-licensed software and Accessible Technology Initiative (ATI) training modules.
